A leading HR firm in Malaysia is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and compliance within the retail industry. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or higher and have at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail. Proficiency with HRMS and strong knowledge of Malaysia's employment laws are essential. This role supports employee engagement initiatives and multi-location HR activities.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
Support manpower planning and recruitment for expanding retail outlets.
Implement and manage HRMS system.
Design and review salary and benefits.
Ensure compliance with Malaysia labour laws.
Drive employee engagement and performance initiatives.
Support outlet HR activities, including onboarding, training, and disciplinary actions.
Job Requirements
Possesses Diploma and above
Min. 5 years’ experience in HR, with retail industry experience preferred.
Proactive, independent, and capable of handling multi-location HR operations
Familiar with InfoTech HRMS or other HR systems.
Strong knowledge of Malaysia employment laws.
