About the role

As the HR Manager at COUCH DESIGNS SDN BHD, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's human resources strategy and initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, from talent acquisition and employee engagement to performance management and compliance. This full‑time position is based in Puchong, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programmes to support the company's business objectives
• Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
• Managing employee performance, development, and retention initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee well‑being and engagement
• Partnering with department heads to identify and address HR‑related challenges
• Analysing HR metrics and data to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement
• Providing HR‑related training and support to managers and employees

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in the consulting or service industry
• Thorough understanding of Malaysian employment laws and regulations
