- Analyse manpower utilisation, labour cost, and skills gaps to support operational planning.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, workforce productivity, and organisational structure.
Workforce Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards on manpower utilisation, overtime trends, turnover, attendance, and productivity metrics.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision‑making.
- Forecast manpower needs based on operational demands and business growth.
Foreign Worker Processes
- Oversee the full spectrum of foreign worker processes, including recruitment coordination, permits, renewals, medical check‑ups, hostels, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to immigration regulations and statutory requirements.
- Work with agencies and internal stakeholders to maintain sufficient manpower supply for operations.
Organisation Development & Change Management
- Support capability‑building, competency development, and succession planning for key roles.
- Drive initiatives to improve team effectiveness and organisational culture.
- Facilitate change management activities to support operational and HR transformation.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Partner with managers on performance management, KPI reviews, and staff development.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Promote positive and collaborative workplace culture across all departments.
HR Governance & Policy Development
- Review and enhance HR and operational SOPs, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Support audits, ISO/quality system requirements, and documentation.
- Oversee general HR operations at a supervisory level (recruitment, payroll, training) while focusing on strategic work.
