The candidate will manage the full spectrum of Human Resources, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws while contributing to the company's growth. Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll management, employee relations, and performance management. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of HR experience and a degree in Human Resource Management. Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience handling full-spectrum HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and current HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; firm, fair, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Prepare payroll data, OT, claims, and attendance for timely processing.
  • Conduct investigations related to disciplinary matters professionally and fairly.
  • Maintain HR documentation, letters, personnel files, and ISO-related records.
  • Coordinate and monitor training needs for HQ, boutique, and production teams.
  • Coordinate KPI tracking, probation reviews, and annual performance appraisals.
  • Ensure all HR policies and processes are consistently followed across the organization.

Education

Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
