Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys connecting with people, driving recruitment success, and creating a positive workplace culture?

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to join our team and play a key role in recruitment & employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.

Liaise closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience.

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and HR records.

Plan and organize engaging and creative employee activities to foster team spirit and morale.

Support initiatives that promote employee well-being, engagement, and retention.

Assist in HR initiatives, process improvements, and ad-hoc HR projects as required.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant HR or recruitment experience.

Strong ability to manage recruitment timelines and meet deadlines independently.

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
