Office Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam (easy access via Guthrie, NKVE & ELITE highways)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring timely submission of statutory contributions to relevant authorities and preparation of related reports.

Support the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.

Monitor staff time attendance and maintain accurate leave records.

Administer HR processes and systems related to compensation & benefits, including performance appraisals, medical insurance, and salary structures.

Maintain employee records and personal files.

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Ensure compliance with Medical Device Authority (MDA) and GDPMD requirements.

Perform other ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant HR or payroll experience.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of UBS payroll system is a plus.

Strong communication skills, independent, responsible, and proactive attitude.
