Responsibilities
  • Responsible for RBA (Responsible Business Alliance, formerly EICC) compliance and audit, ensuring company-wide adherence to RBA standards and successful audit performance.
  • Manage recruitment processes for both indirect staff and direct labor positions.
  • Oversee employee welfare programs, ensuring a supportive and compliant work environment.
  • Supervise foreign worker management, including work permits, passports, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Conduct and maintain 5S audits to ensure workplace organization and efficiency.
  • Handle Training & Development activities, including conducting orientation for new hires, organizing retraining programs, and ensuring continuous skill development and compliance.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors as required.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Participate in external audit (Customer audit, RBA, ISO audit & etc.).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and work effectively with teams.
