Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, talent sourcing, screening, interview arrangements, and offer coordination.
  • Work closely with department managers to understand manpower requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other social media channels.
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments to confirm recruitment ad timing, posting dates, and associated costs.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database, reports, and candidate talent pool regularly.
  • Prepare offer letters for selected candidates and assist with onboarding formalities.
  • Build talent pipelines and sourcing channels via social media engagement, and communicate appropriately through company social media accounts.
  • Take responsibility for assigned recruitment-related projects, such as career fairs and salary market surveys.
  • Maintain, update, and review HR documents to ensure accurate and complete records.
Job Requirements
  • At least Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Multi-tasking and positive working attitude.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.i
  • Possess strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to speak multiple languages such as Malay, English. Able to speak in Mandarin will be preferred as to liaise Mandarin speaking managements.
