Job summary

A growing company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Executive to handle the full recruitment cycle, including advertising, screening, and onboarding. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in HR or a related field, 2–5 years of experience in HR roles, and good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law. Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years working experience in HR roles.

Responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment cycle (advertising, screening, interviewing & onboarding).
• Prepare offer letters, contracts and maintain employee records.
• Manage attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll preparation (OT, claims, allowances, deductions).
• Ensure compliance with labour laws (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
• Assist with staff counselling and grievances.
