LED Vision Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and driven HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Melaka. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a borad range of human resource functions and supporting the growth and success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Coordinate and administer payroll, compensation and employee benefits
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Assist with the planning and execution of employee training and development initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational initiatives and enhance employee engagement
• Maintain accurate, and up-to-date HR records and documentation

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR Executive or HR Generalist role
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
