Overview
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources Department in ensuring smooth, efficient, and well‑organised HR operations. This role focuses on administrative coordination, data accuracy, reporting, and providing day‑to‑day support to the HR team while upholding the values and standards of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Support in managing leave records, attendance, and HR compliance documents.
2. Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate interview logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare recruitment tracking reports and maintain candidate files.
3. HR Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, OT, probation review tracking, etc.).
- Ensure HR data is accurate, updated, and aligned across all systems.
- Compile figures required for monthly HR dashboards and management presentations.
4. Employee Support & Coordination
- Assist employees with general HR enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate HR activities such as trainings, briefings, internal events, and employee engagement.
- Support HR team in managing welfare programs, uniform distribution, and documentation.
5. General Coordination
- Work closely with retail stores and office departments to ensure smooth HR communication.
- Assist with HR filing, documentation, scanning, and administrative support.
- Provide ad‑hoc support to HR Manager and HR team as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills with a warm and service‑oriented attitude.
- Able to manage confidential information with discretion.
