Job summary
A human resources company in Johor Bahru is seeking an HR Executive. Responsibilities include payroll processing, managing recruitment, and handling HR-related administrative tasks. Tools
- Responsible to generate monthly attendance, leave management, payroll process, and prepare submission of statutory contribution of KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN & HRDF.
- Produce monthly reports on HR-related metrics, as well as analysis reports.
- Preparing letters for various employment-related matters. Ensure employee personal files & records are properly filed, maintained, and updated.
- Manage HR-related administrative tasks and ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities.
- Manage job recruitment process including job advertise, interview arrangement, selection, oƯer and new employee orientations.
- Responsible for employee oƯboarding and exit process.
- Create and update recruitment record and report.
- Act as liaison with foreign worker agent, insurer, and government parties such as HRDF for grants/ claims.
- Handle monthly reimbursement claims, and update employee compensation benefits records: medical and company insurance.
- Handle all HR & Admin related matters and undertake tasks as and when assigned by managers.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in relevant fields.
- At least 1 years of progressive HR experience.
- Understand well in Labour regulations and the current HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft OƯice Applications and HR payroll system iFlexi HRMS & INFOTECH.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
- Able stick to deadlines, and complete any tasks you are assigned.
