The position involves overseeing foreign worker administration, attendance monitoring, hostel and welfare management, invoicing, and compliance reporting.
1. Contract & Foreign Worker Administration
- Prepare, renew, and track employment contracts for foreign workers.
- Manage work permit applications, renewals, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with agencies on arrival, onboarding, medical check-up, and compliance matters.
- Handle FOMEMA processes, scheduling, and follow-up on results.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance, OT records, lateness, and absenteeism.
- Verify and update leave applications in HR system.
- Prepare monthly attendance summary for payroll processing.
3. Hostel & Welfare Management
- Oversee hostel assignment, check-in/check-out, and occupancy records.
- Conduct periodic hostel inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and resolve worker welfare issues.
4. Invoice & Cost Control
- Verify agency, hostel, transport, and medical invoices before submission.
- Ensure accuracy against contracts, attendance, and service agreements.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain complete records for JTKSM, Immigration, and internal audits.
- Prepare monthly reports on manpower, turnover, absenteeism, and foreign worker status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years HR experience; exposure to foreign worker management is an advantage.
- Role builds strong coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
