Job description

The position involves overseeing foreign worker administration, attendance monitoring, hostel and welfare management, invoicing, and compliance reporting.

1. Contract & Foreign Worker Administration
  • Prepare, renew, and track employment contracts for foreign workers.
  • Manage work permit applications, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with agencies on arrival, onboarding, medical check-up, and compliance matters.
  • Handle FOMEMA processes, scheduling, and follow-up on results.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
  • Monitor daily attendance, OT records, lateness, and absenteeism.
  • Verify and update leave applications in HR system.
  • Prepare monthly attendance summary for payroll processing.
3. Hostel & Welfare Management
  • Oversee hostel assignment, check-in/check-out, and occupancy records.
  • Conduct periodic hostel inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and resolve worker welfare issues.
4. Invoice & Cost Control
  • Verify agency, hostel, transport, and medical invoices before submission.
  • Ensure accuracy against contracts, attendance, and service agreements.
5. Compliance & Reporting
  • Maintain complete records for JTKSM, Immigration, and internal audits.
  • Prepare monthly reports on manpower, turnover, absenteeism, and foreign worker status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and safety procedures.
Requirements
