A consulting firm specializing in immigration is seeking an HR professional to design and execute recruitment strategies for high-performing sales and channel teams. Responsibilities include leading recruitment processes, collaborating with department heads on training needs, and acting as a strategic HR partner. Candidates should have 3-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally with familiarity in US hiring norms, and be bilingual in English and Mandarin to support regional communications.
Design and execute recruitment strategies to build high-performing sales and channel teams.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Focus on hiring for sales, business development, and channel partner roles.
Develop talent pipelines to meet current and future business needs.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design development programs.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Act as a strategic partner to sales and channel leaders, providing HR insights and support.
Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and career planning.
Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools to attract top talent.
Leverage experience in US recruitment practices to support global hiring initiatives.
Ensure all hiring and HR practices comply with local (Malaysian) and international regulations.
Implement HR policies and procedures to foster a productive and inclusive work environment.
3–5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, talent acquisition, and business partnering.
Proven experience in recruiting for sales, channel, or commercial teams.
Must have experience hiring in the US market and familiarity with US recruitment norms.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent command of both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to support regional communications.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
