A leading edible oils company in Malaysia is looking for a Human Resources Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, and employee training. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in HR or Business Administration with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law are advantageous. Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law / Malaysian Employment Act would be an added advantage.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
• Assist in payroll administration, including collecting and verifying attendance data, preparing monthly payroll inputs.
• Coordinate and support employee training and development activities.
