  • Collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in attracting top talent.
Payroll Management
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including OT and allowances for local and foreign employees.
  • Address payroll‑related inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Stay informed about local labor laws and compliance requirements in Malaysia.
  • Process statutory payments (i.e., EPF, SOCSO).
Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
  • Manage the offboarding process, ensuring that exit procedures are followed correctly.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR‑related queries and concerns from employees.
  • Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts.
  • Provide counseling, recommendations, and take constructive disciplinary actions under the organization’s human relations policy and procedures.
  • Promote a positive working environment by encouraging open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect.
HR Policies and Compliance
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure HR processes adhere to local laws and regulations in Malaysia.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of changes in employment legislation and compliance requirements.
Administrative Operations
  • Assist in developing and implementing admin policies and procedures.
  • Maintain office facilities and ensure smooth operation.
  • Organize and maintain company records, both physical and digital.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office environment.
  • Track and manage company assets, maintaining inventory and overseeing repairs or replacements.
Skills & Requirements
  • Qualification: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Labor Laws.
  • Multi‑tasking, resourceful, capable of working with minimal supervision and high self‑discipline.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
