Job summary

A leading marketing firm in Selangor is looking for an HR Executive to oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Responsibilities include managing employee payroll and benefits, assisting in the recruitment process, and advising management on HR issues. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and have a minimum of 1 year of HR experience. Job description

Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and compliance with statutory requirements.

Administer employee payroll and benefits, and provide accurate payroll data to Finance for processing.

Assistthe full recruitment process including interviews, onboarding, confirmation, and resignation procedures.

Assist in establishing, reviewing, and implementing company policies and procedures.

Advise Management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling, grievances, terminations, and other employee-related matters in line with the Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.

Manage and respond to auditor queries related to HR and Admin.

Prepare and analyse annual employee appraisals for Top Management review.

Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.

Oversee and coordinate office administration functions, including office supplies, maintenance, facilities, and general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements
  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR or related functions.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and handling disciplinary matters will be a strong advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
