Job Purpose

To support the effective delivery of Human Resources and Administrative operations, ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment regulations, efficient office administration, and a positive employee experience aligned with company values and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR)

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and offboarding.
  • Administer employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support recruitment activities including interview coordination, offer preparation, and pre-employment documentation.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, employee handbook updates, and internal communications.
  • Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management exercises.
  • Handle routine employee queries professionally and elevate complex issues where necessary.

Administration & Office Management

  • Manage office administration matters including facilities, pantry, stationery, vendors, and service providers.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and liaison with building management.
  • Maintain company assets records including company cars, access cards, and office equipment.
  • Support company events, meetings, briefings, and corporate activities.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant HR & administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian employment regulations and HR operational practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
