A leading Malaysian company is looking for an HR professional responsible for payroll management and recruitment. You will prepare and review payroll reports, liaise for statutory submissions, and conduct staff orientations. Candidates should ideally possess a diploma or degree in HR or Business Administration, have basic knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law, and exhibit strong analytical and communication skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. This role requires initiative, self-motivation, and proficiency in HR software.

Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management; processing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, deductions, advance salary, and others.
Prepare and review monthly payroll and leave reports and other relevant documents accurately.
Liaise with relevant bodies for monthly statutory submission and related issues.
Ensure proper documentation of payroll documents and safe keeping of employee personal files.
Update and maintain employees’ records orderly and correctly in the database and fling system.
Ensure all the documents and reports are filled in orderly and timely manner.
Generation of letters such as letter of offer, confirmation, promotion, and acceptance of resignation, transfer, memo and reports related to HR.
Responsible for recruitment; job posting, shorting listing, interview, background check, issuance of letter of offer.
Conducts orientation program to new staffs by briefing on HR procedures & policies and employee handbook.
Administrate Employee Exit process; clearance and conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
Provide advisory on employment, disciplinary, misconduct and any other HR related issues.
Analysis to ensure no surplus of positions/resources and required positions are critical to the business needs.
Assist on Training and Development.
Review and renew general & motor insurance policies of the group
Administrate all security related matters eg Finger Print/Attendance, Alarm System and CCTVs.
Administrate tenancy and licensing renewal and related issues.
Assist and coordinate on Company events and activities.
Administrate and co-ordinate office stationery and printing supply, grocery purchases, etc
Assist in attending to telephone enquiries.
Any other duties that may be assigned from superior(s) from time to time.
Preferably with relevant academic qualification and working experience or possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
Basic knowledge in Malaysia Labour Law.
Strong analytical and planning skills as well as problem solving with strong HR judgement.

Computer literate and possess knowledge of HR Management software.
Able to work on tight datelines and with minimum supervision.
