Able to handle the full spectrum of payroll calc, leave applications , statutory compliances as well as developing a more structured HR department and SOP . Also you will need to look into disciplinary and grievances matters . Once we start our new projects early next year, there will be more recruitment to cater for the expansion. Administratively, you will assist in office administration like keeping account of stationeries or office supplies Maybe also on security of office documents.
