A leading manufacturing company based in Penang is seeking an HR personnel to manage leave reports, assist in the hiring process, and ensure compliance with policies and ISO standards. The role requires at least a SPM qualification, with candidates ideally possessing good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. The company welcomes fresh graduates and offers a dynamic work environment.
Monitor and update leave reports, leave summary and medical claims reports.
Help advertise jobs, schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates. Screen resumes and assist with the hiring process.
Ensure all licenses are updated accordingly and update data is up to date.
Handle new & renewal application of foreign workers.
Manage office equipment and address any maintenance issues.
To comply to all requirements of ISO and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
Coordinate the preparation of regularly scheduled reports or any ad-hoc reports as and when required.
Provide necessary support to other HR & Admin functions as deemed necessary.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM / "O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
