Enfiniti (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join our team in Kota Damansara, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain HR records and employee files.
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and documentation.
  • Support payroll documentation and timekeeping.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration.
  • Respond to HR and admin enquiries.
  • Support staff engagement and training activities.
  • Handle general office administration and facilities coordination.
What we're looking for
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
