Qualifications & experience

Must‑have:

  • Related Knowledge in Accounting / Business Administration

  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills

  • Able to multitask and work independently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice‑to‑have (but not mandatory):

  • Experience or knowledge in SQL Accounting

  • Internship or part‑time experience in HR or Accounts

Tasks & responsibilities

1. HR & Administration

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, staff records and performance review

  • Support team bonding activities and training programs

  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)

2. Accounts & Documentation (training will be provided)

  • Handle daily accounting tasks such as e‑invoicing, cash sales, data entry, and documentation

  • Basic accounts recordings

3. Director Projects & Operations Support

  • Assist Directors in specific projects and tasks

  • Track progress, follow up on action items, and ensure timelines are met

  • Manage office supplies, pantry items, and stationery inventory
