Must‑have:
Related Knowledge in Accounting / Business Administration
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Able to multitask and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice‑to‑have (but not mandatory):
Experience or knowledge in SQL Accounting
Internship or part‑time experience in HR or Accounts
1. HR & Administration
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, staff records and performance review
Support team bonding activities and training programs
Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
2. Accounts & Documentation (training will be provided)
Handle daily accounting tasks such as e‑invoicing, cash sales, data entry, and documentation
Basic accounts recordings
3. Director Projects & Operations Support
Assist Directors in specific projects and tasks
Track progress, follow up on action items, and ensure timelines are met
Manage office supplies, pantry items, and stationery inventory
