- Report rooms ready to Housekeeping office as frequently as possible regardless of occupancy.
- Train and direct staff in his/ her area of responsibility.
- Supervises the overall cleaning and servicing of rooms, corridors, services and store areas in accordance with instruction form the Housekeeping Manager or his representative.
- Maintains by supervise on the good order and service ability of store areas and equipment in use by the housekeeping staff.
- Issue verbal and written orders of work to be done.
- Check occupied departure and complaints.
- To attend guest requests and complaints.
- Organize work assigned to her/ him, ensure that staff understands, perform their duties quickly and efficiently in order that the standard of quality and service are met at all times.
- Have complete charge of all housekeeping operations and personnel during duty hours to areas assigned to her/ him.
- Responsible for immediately reporting sick and irregular behavior of guests, staffs and areas of responsibilities.
- To make a report by using the documentation’s available therefore, defects and repairs requiring maintenance attention.
Report should be followed up and checked, to make sure that work is done.
- Endorse pantry in writing before going off duty and ensure all floor keys are intact.
- Assist in checking public areas in the absence of the Public
Area Supervisor when asked by the Assistant Housekeepers or Housekeeping Manager.
- Keeps log book up to date for the Assistant Housekeeper inspection.
- Study late duty report, sign and follow up if necessary.
- Accept any extra duties on top of her/ him normal numbers as set out by the Assistant Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager.
- Check expected VIP rooms where special treatment should be given.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: -
- Candidate must possess at least a
Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
- At least 2 to 5 years of work experience required in a similar position.
