Bahang Bay Hotel in Penang is seeking full-time Housekeeping Associates to join our passionate and dedicated team. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

What you’ll be doing

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are tidy and presentable
• Clean bathrooms, vacuum floors, dust furniture, and sanitize surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as corridors, lobbies, and restrooms
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to the supervisor
• Ensure housekeeping equipment and materials are handled properly
• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Assist with laundry operations when required
• Respond to guest requests politely and promptly
