  • Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly and courteously, providing information about the hotel's facilities and local attractions
  • Handle guest payments and account management in a professional and accurate manner
  • Assist with luggage handling and provide concierge services as needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and contribute to creating a positive guest experience
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and other front desk responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the wider hotel team to ensure seamless operations
What we're looking for
