A prominent hotel in Johor is seeking a hotel receptionist to manage daily operations including reservations and customer check-in/check-out. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for ensuring smooth operations in line with company policies. This role requires familiarity with hotel management practices and the ability to work on shift schedules, with proficiency in English and Malay. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
Manage daily operations which include Hotel Reservations and Telephone Operator, Check in, Check out Customers.
Ensure operations run smoothly and effectively in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
Responsible for monitoring the day to day administrative and operational matters.
