A prominent hotel in Johor is seeking a hotel receptionist to manage daily operations including reservations and customer check-in/check-out. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for ensuring smooth operations in line with company policies. This role requires familiarity with hotel management practices and the ability to work on shift schedules, with proficiency in English and Malay. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations which include Hotel Reservations and Telephone Operator, Check in, Check out Customers.

Ensure operations run smoothly and effectively in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Responsible for monitoring the day to day administrative and operational matters.

Requirements
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, a team player with strong work commitment.
  • Computer Literature, English Communication, Malay Communication, Good Personality.
  • Preferably specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
  • Must be conversant in English & Bahasa Melayu; knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work according to shift schedule.
