Qualifications

  • SPM holder with 4 years' experience including 2 years as Front Office Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel.
  • Handle requests and complaints from guests.
  • Ensure the front of the hotel is clean and tidy.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good working knowledge of computer software applications
Strong leadership and organizing skills

Education
