Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager at Pan Borneo Hotel Kota Kinabalu, located in Putatan. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising staff, maintaining high standards in customer service, optimizing sales and occupancy rates, and collaborating with the Food & Beverage teams. The Hotel Manager will also ensure efficient handling of receptionist duties and overall operational efficiency to achieve the hotel's business objectives.
