Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive engineering or facilities management experience within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and schedule Engineering team members.
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations.
• Inspect and certify emergency and safety systems.
• Respond promptly to alarms and guest requests.
