Hospitality Specialist / Customer Service Associate (Mid Valley)
- Minimum Diploma studies in any field with 1-2 years of working experience in high-end service-related industry eg. hospitality, F&B, airlines, retail sales, etc.
- Enthusiastic with a positive and patient attitude and possess a flair for customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to foster relationships with all levels of customers.
- Observant and able to evaluate environment and customers for cues.
- Pleasant demeanor, well-groomed, physically fit. Positive attitude, patient and proactive. Able to “think on your feet”.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality and available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Agile and flexible to travel within Malaysia

Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcomes our customers in a friendly and professional manner and presents apositive first impression, synonymous with company’s brand image.
- Proactively engages customers through frequent and spontaneous sampling sessions to create attention for company’s products.
- Interacts with customers, ascertains their needs and serves customers by helping them select products and merchandize and assisting with inquiries or concerns.
- Supports company sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
- Assists store with other duties which includes, but not limited to stocking of merchandize, ensuring tidy arrangement of tables and chairs, general cleanliness of the store, etc.
- Offers recommendations to continuously improve customer experience.
- Supports the implementation of company’s programs or initiatives.
- Follows company’s operational policies and procedures and reports essential information to superior.
