A fast-growing homestay business is looking for a motivated Account Executive to manage financial transactions and assist in reporting. Candidates will be responsible for daily financial postings, bank reconciliations, and the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Account Executive

We are looking for motivated and highly committed Account Executive to help manage and expand a fast growing homestay business. Fast growth means fast promotions for the best candidates. We are also proud to be the first home management partner of Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy in Kuala Lumpur.

Scope of Work
  • Record and post daily financial transactions accurately into the accounting system.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, supplier reconciliations, and general ledger reviews.
  • Handle the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in preparation and submission of SST filings and e‑Invoicing compliance.
  • In charge of monthly owner income report and bulk payment for utilities.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0‑2 years of experience; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Familiar with accounting software (preferably SQL Accounting System) and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and general office administration.
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Cashflow forecasting and financial analysis ability is a plus, but not a must.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients and suppliers.
  • Positive working attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
