About the Role

This isnot a routine customer service role. You will go beyond replying messages — you will be involved in problem-solving, coordination, and improving guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who wantslong-term career growthin the homestay and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to guest enquiries viaWhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com & our platform.

Assist guestsbefore, during, and aftertheir stay

Handle guest issues calmly, professionally, and with empathy

Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience at all times

Coordinate with the operations team to resolve on-site matters

Support booking-related tasks and basic sales enquiries

Learn beyond customer service, includingoperations, quality control, and problem-solving

Requirements

Based inTaiping(preferred)

Fluent inEnglish, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for hospitality and customer experience

Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn

Able to work independently and think beyond a fixed job scope

Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary:RM2,000 – RM2,500

Additional Commission for successful direct booking sales

Higher sales performance = higher commission
