Job description
Key Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrate and explain Home Appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, kitchen appliances) to customers.

  • Deliver a premium in-store shopping experience.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable home appliance solutions.

  • Support and achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock availability.

  • Stay updated with the latest product features, promotions, and technologies.

  • Gather customer feedback and share useful insights with the sales and marketing teams.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and management.


Job Requirement:


  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.

  • Passion for home appliances and consumer electronics.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident, energetic, and customer-focused.

  • Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Experience in retail, mobile, or consumer electronics sales is an added advantage.
