The ideal candidate will have a diploma or equivalent, experience in Asian/Western cuisine, and be committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Qualifications

• Experience to cook in large quantity (Asian/Western).
• Committed to work with own transport.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for cooking food along with sous chef.
• Assist chef in food preparation as per client specification.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and in working condition.
• Supervise cooking and kitchen personnel.
• Estimate daily food requirements based on orders.
• Assist in food cost controlling and monitoring.
• Check taste, temperature, and visual appeal of food.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety requirements.
