We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Heavy Equipment Operations Manager to oversee all machinery operators and ensure the safe, efficient, and effective operation of heavy equipment, including excavators, dump trucks, and bulldozers. The ideal candidate must be familiar with equipment handling, maintenance coordination, operator supervision, and site operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all heavy machinery operators on site.

• Ensure daily operations run smoothly, safely, and according to project requirements.

• Monitor and schedule usage of equipment such as excavators, dump trucks, and bulldozers.

• Coordinate equipment maintenance, servicing, and repairs to minimize downtime.

• Enforce safety regulations and ensure operators follow SOPs and company policies.

• Conduct regular inspections on machinery to ensure proper functioning.

• Plan equipment allocation based on project needs and timelines.

• Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for operators.

• Work closely with site management, project managers, and contractors.

• Maintain records of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs.

Requirements

• Can speak, read and write in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Minimum 3–5 years experience managing heavy machinery or fleet operations in construction, mining, or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks, and other heavy equipment.

• Ability to supervise a team of operators effectively.

• Good understanding of safety regulations and site operational procedures.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
