Responsibilities

• Support sale team activities and recommend suitable systems.
• Prepare proposals and quotations as required.
• Work with Brand Principal to get technical documents.
• Keep technical documents and job sheets up to date.
• Provide technical support and product training to clients.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers.

Skills

Basic knowledge on CAD software

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia

Good command of English

Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Write and speak in Mandarin

Technical knowledge on basic electrical

IP networking system

Good listening skills

Problem-solving skills
