• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company's HSSE Management Systems, ensuring compliance with OSH Act, Road Transport Act and other relevant standards.
• Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the development of corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential workplace hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
• Support the monitoring of regulatory compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, including preparing and submitting required reports.
• Assist in managing driver relations, including monitoring driver performance, conducting safety briefings, and addressing driver-related HSSE concerns.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's Emergency Response Plan, including conducting drills and training exercises.
• Maintain accurate HSSE records, including incident reports, training records, and inspection reports.
• Assist in conducting HSSE training programs for employees, covering topics such as hazard awareness, safe work practices, and emergency response procedures.
