Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in telesales or call center management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing telesales teams (50+ agents).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin or Tamil proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily telesales operations for 100+ agents.
• Coach and motivate telesales agents to achieve sales targets.
