Head of Student Growth & Engagement is a group-level leadership role responsible for driving predictable and scalable student enrolment growth across Group campuses by overseeing admissions strategy, marketing execution, CRM governance, and performance analytics, while leading campus teams through a matrix structure and partnering closely with senior leadership to meet enrolment and revenue goals.
Own and deliver student enrolment and revenue targets across all Lexel campuses.
Define, standardise, and govern admissions processes, conversion playbooks, SLAs, and CRM discipline across campuses.
Lead, train, and coach campus admissions and marketing teams under a matrix structure to ensure consistent execution.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, offline, and community channels to drive qualified leads.
Manage the full marketing and admissions funnel, optimising cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI.
Oversee CRM systems (HubSpot) and enrolment platforms (Powerschool), including automation, reporting, and transparency.
Design and manage scholarship and pricing strategies in collaboration with finance and campus leadership.
Establish campus-specific enrolment strategies, SOPs, tour standards, and compliance requirements.
Drive re-enrolment and retention initiatives while supporting Principals with recruitment insights.
Track, analyse, and report enrolment, pipeline, and marketing performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
8–12+ years of experience in student recruitment, sales, or marketing, with proven enrolment or acquisition success.
Experience in international schools, education groups, or multi-site consumer businesses preferred.
Strong track record in scaling admissions or sales operations.
Solid expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and performance analytics.
Commercial mindset, data-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced, growth-stage environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching capabilities.
