• Service all existing SME customers parked at the branch.
• Cross-sell all Bank/Group products.
• Develop and execute strategic business plan to achieve objectives.
• Monitor compliance to guidelines and procedures.
• Report team performance and capture escalation issues.
• Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold.
