A Government-Linked Company is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our organisation as Head of Project Management. The key leadership role responsible for the overall strategic planning, execution and successful delivery of all the company’s property development projects. This role is critical to realizing the company’s vision for developing its more than 800 acres of prime seaside land.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline from a recognized University
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Project Management within the property development or construction industry with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or head-of-department capacity
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale property or infrastructure projects in Sabah with a strong understanding of local construction practices and regulatory landscape in Kota Kinabalu
• Prior experience managing multi-phased, large-scale projects such as master-planned townships, high-rise or commercial developments with significant development value
