What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead and oversee day‑to‑day production operations to meet output, quality, safety, and delivery targets.
  • Implement process improvements to strengthen productivity, cost efficiency, and quality performance.
  • Champion Lean and continuous improvement practices across the production floor.
  • Manage workforce planning, performance, training, and employee development initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, supply chain, and quality teams – locally and internationally.
  • Support technology upgrades and equipment investments to elevate production capability.
  • Drive KPI performance across safety, inventory, cost, delivery and product standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred, others considered).
  • Minimum 8–10 years in a manufacturing environment, ideally with multinational exposure.
  • Strong background in production planning, MRP, costing or manufacturing systems.
  • Practical experience with Lean/Kaizen/6‑Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A hands‑on, proactive, and improvement‑driven mindset.
  • Must be able to be based in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
