Support Sales & Distribution: Drive sales targets in assigned areas with clear KPIs.
Portfolio Management: Work closely with distributors to manage dealers' portfolios, providing system support for network, creation, modification, and termination.
Trade Marketing Support: Coordinate events, signage, POSM, and pyramid performance to enhance brand visibility and sales.
Sales Strategy Execution: Plan, lead, execute, and monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies and promotion plans to expand U Mobile's touch points and pyramid.
Dealer Engagement: Deepen dealer loyalty through activations for Prepaid and Postpaid products.
Training & Development: Ensure proper training and knowledge on system operations, product range, sales techniques, incentives/pyramid structures, and POSM.
Team Leadership: Drive and coach Product Specialists and Sales Team members to meet designated area/territory's prepaid and postpaid sales targets, monitoring their performance.
Market Intelligence: Stay vigilant to market movements through market intelligence gathering.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proactively manage inter-department requirements and communication to meet sales objectives and optimize support resources.
Outdoor Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience in outdoor sales with proven track record in field sales.
Leadership Experience: Have people manager experience with ability to drive and coach sales teams effectively.
Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay for effective communication with diverse stakeholders and team members.
Educational Background: At least SPM holder or equivalent qualification.
Personal Qualities: Aggressive and target-driven with strong sales mindset.
Mobility: Possess own transport with a valid driving license and willing to travel.
Industry Background: Prefer have work experience in telco/mobile/fmcg industry for immediate contribution.
Workdays: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (Flexi)
