Lead the organisation’s end-to-end digitalisation roadmap, focusing on process automation, analytics, and innovation.

Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of local digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business decision-making.

Act as the key liaison between business units, HQ IT, vendors, and senior management to ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and rollout activities.

Translate business needs and challenges into practical digital and analytical solutions with measurable outcomes.

Work closely with stakeholders to identify digitalisation opportunities and optimise processes.

Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management for the analytics and automation team.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Business Analytics or any related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or data analytics.

Strong hands‑on experience in automation tools, workflow design, and digital solution deployment.

Solid knowledge of data analytics, data modelling, and insights generation.

Strong project management skills, including timeline management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
