A leading manufacturing company in Malaysia seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in the industrial sector, strong leadership skills, and a background in production planning. They will drive operational strategies, ensure quality standards, and manage multi-department teams. Lead and manage end-to-end operations including production, planning, logistics, maintenance, and manpower management.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are consistently met.
Monitor operational KPIs and prepare management reports with actionable insights.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, process optimization).
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, HR, and Finance teams.
Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource planning.
Lead, coach, and develop operations teams to build high-performing leaders and workforce.
Support business expansion, new projects, and capacity planning initiatives.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or related field.
Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Proven leadership experience managing large teams and multi-department operations.
Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower optimization, and cost control.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
Experience in continuous improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
