The Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy (Digital + AI) is responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing direction for Ombak Kitchen. This role oversees brand development, digital marketing, content creation, and AI-driven strategies to strengthen the company’s presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing a full marketing team while driving innovative campaigns that boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Ombak Kitchen is seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to shape our brand, drive digital growth, and implement AI-powered strategies. You will lead the entire marketing function, build a strong team, and elevate our brand presence across all channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end brand and digital marketing strategies
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
  • Oversee content strategy across social media (FB, IG, TikTok) and other digital platforms
  • Plan and optimize digital campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google)
  • Implement AI-driven marketing workflows, automation, and personalization
  • Produce high-impact videos, blogs, PR campaigns, and creative content
  • Monitor KPIs, track ROI, and prepare performance reports
  • Plan and support promotions, events & brand collaborations
Qualifications
