Overview

The Head of Marketing leads MNCAutomotiveIndustry overall marketing strategy in Malaysia, setting the long-term brand vision and driving sustainable business growth. This senior leadership role is responsible for delivering marketing excellence across all channels, markets, and dealer touchpoints, ensuring strong brand presence and commercial impact. Working closely with regional HQ, local teams, and external partners, the role plays a critical part in scaling MNCAutomotiveIndustry as a leading electric vehicle brand in the market.


Responsibilities


  • Define and lead Malaysia’s overall marketing strategy in alignment with regional brand direction and business goals.

  • Ensure consistent brand expression across all consumer and dealer touchpoints, in adherence to HQ brand and creative guidelines.

  • Market Growth & Consumer Insights Translate market insights into actionable initiatives that support sales growth, EV adoption, and long-term brand equity.

  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with commercial priorities.

  • Dealer Marketing Oversight Review and endorse dealer marketing proposals, working with HQ to secure approvals where required and ensure responsible use of support funds.

  • Manage and collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and event organizers to deliver impactful campaigns.

  • Budget & Performance Management Define and track marketing KPIs across brand campaigns, digital channels, events, and dealer activations.

  • Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management and HQ to drive continuous improvement.
