Job summary

A leading company in Malaysia is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to strategize and implement the company-wide L&D framework. This role involves leading the development of various learning methodologies and ensuring effective onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Additional benefits include managing internal talent pipelines and upholding best practices across business units.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experience in managing an internal learning academy is an advantage.
  • Must be a certified HRDF trainer.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the overall learning framework.
  • Provide leadership in Training Need Analysis.
  • Design and review New Joiner Orientation.
