About the role

As the Head of IT, you will be responsible for leading and managing the company’s information technology strategy and operations. This is a critical, full-time role based in Kuching, Sarawak, where you will play a key part in driving the company’s digital transformation and ensuring the effective use of technology to support the organisation’s objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement the IT strategic plan to align with the company’s overall business goals
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
• Manage the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company’s data and information systems
